Doven Brezner, LCSW, is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker, holding a Master's degree in Social Work from Temple University and a Bachelor's degree from Kent State University. With an impressive trajectory spanning decades of service across diverse nonprofit organizations, Doven has seamlessly transitioned into a fulfilling role as a therapist, amassing over a decade of experience in this transformative field.

Kicking off her career in the realm of clincial social work, Doven's initial foray into therapy was rooted in guiding adult learners on their journey to obtaining their GEDs, exemplifying her commitment to facilitating personal growth and advancement. This early experience laid the foundation for her subsequent impactful roles, where she compassionately assisted adult survivors of complex and relational trauma within various agencies.

Over the past five years, Doven has flourished as the driving force behind her own private practice, showcasing a profound understanding of the intricacies of therapeutic support. Her approach centers on empowerment, resilience-building, and the creation of safe spaces for healing.

Before dedicating herself to the world of therapy, Doven carved a successful path as a charitable nonprofit executive and consultant, amplifying her skill set to guide organizations through periods of uncertainty and transformation. This expertise uniquely equips her to navigate the myriad challenges encountered by entities throughout their lifecycle stages – from inception and growth to maturity.

Doven's comprehensive insight extended even further as an adjunct professor at Temple University's School of Tourism and Hospitality. Here, she expertly developed and delivered a Master-level course on nonprofit management, imparting invaluable knowledge to the next generation of leaders.
