Does your mind chatter with endless thoughts, leaving you feeling anxious, disconnected, and even depressed? If so, you know how exhausting it can be. I can help you quiet the mental chatter, reconnect with your emotions, and create a more balanced life. 


As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 10 years of experience, I understand the complexities of anxiety, disconnection, and depression. I'm passionate about helping adults like you find lasting relief, clarity, and a renewed sense of peace. 


I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, addressing a range of challenges: 


  • The Overthinking Cycle: Anxiety, depression, rumination, and worry
  • Dissociation: Feeling detached from your body, emotions, or surroundings; experiencing a sense of unreality or "spacing out."
  • Past Wounds: Complex trauma and developmental experiences
  • Mood Imbalances: Bipolar disorder and other mood challenges
  • Relationship Struggles: Personal and interpersonal difficulties
  • Emotional Well-being: Emotional regulation issues and chronic illness support

Therapy Approach

You know the draining cycle of overthinking, anxiety, overwhelming feelings, emotional disconnection, and depression all too well. Therapy provides the tools to break free.


My integrative approach uses both "top-down" and "bottom-up" techniques to help you reclaim your life. "Top-down" methods, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), help you challenge the negative thoughts and beliefs fueling your anxiety and disconnection. "Bottom-up" methods utilize somatic techniques to connect you with your body's wisdom, releasing trapped emotions and letting go of unhealthy coping mechanisms. When appropriate, I also incorporate memory reconsolidation to gently explore and process distressing memories that contribute to the cycle.


This combination helps you quiet the mental chatter, reconnect with your inner calm, and cultivate hope – empowering you to understand yourself better and take meaningful steps towards lasting peace, hope, and the ability to bounce back from difficult experiences.
