Through personalized outpatient services, I work with adults experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, complex and relational trauma, bipolar disorder, grief, and certain personality disorders. Together, we will focus on finding relief, restoring hope, and strengthening your resilience to lead a more fulfilling life.

I offer two tailored treatment approaches to meet you exactly where you are:

  • Supportive Therapy: Provides comfort, validation, and practical strategies to help you navigate everyday challenges.
  • Specialized Supportive Therapy: Designed for those dealing with complex emotional experiences, trauma, or entrenched patterns, offering targeted interventions for deep and lasting change.


My Approach

 Using a flexible, evidence-based, and integrative approach, I create a warm and safe space where you are truly heard. My main therapeutic modalities include:

  • Third-Wave Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Empowers you to understand and transform unhelpful thoughts and behaviors.
  • Affective Neuroscience Psychotherapy: Explores the roots of emotional experiences to foster deep healing.
  • Experiential Therapy: Allows safe exploration and processing of intense feelings—particularly effective in trauma recovery.
  • Emotion-Focused & Coherence Therapy: Facilitates emotional understanding, acceptance, and integration.
  • Metacognitive Therapy: Helps you recognize and modify unhelpful thinking patterns that fuel anxiety, worry, and rumination.
