INDIVIDUAL THERAPY FOR MEANINGFUL CHANGE

You may be caught in overthinking, struggling through a difficult transition, feeling emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected, or repeating a pattern that insight alone has not changed. I help adults understand what is keeping them stuck, reconnect with what they feel and need, and develop a meaningful way forward.
I also provide specialized therapy for the emotional, relational, and identity changes that can accompany midlife challenges.
You do not need the whole map—or complete certainty—to begin.
Therapy can help us understand not only where a pattern came from, but what continues to hold it in place—and what may help it change.
Individual psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, overthinking, complex trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, chronic-illness adjustment, or significant life changes.
Individual therapy for adults navigating the emotional, relational, health, and identity transitions of midlife—including caregiving, shifting roles, grief, perimenopause, and menopause.
The BRIDGE Framework is a flexible, collaborative process I use for understanding what may be keeping you stuck and organizing therapy around the evidence-based approaches most likely to support meaningful change.
Re:Pause Coaching will offer focused education, reflection, coaching, and practical support for navigating the personal impact of midlife.

Feeling stuck does not always have the same cause. Together, we will consider what is happening now, what may be keeping the difficulty in place, and which kind of support is most likely to help.
The BRIDGE Framework helps me organize those decisions while allowing therapy to draw from evidence-based approaches suited to you. BRIDGE is not a separate modality or fixed sequence; it is the flexible process I use to guide individualized, collaborative care.
Depending on your needs, therapy may draw from cognitive, behavioral, metacognitive, interpersonal, experiential, schema-informed, trauma-informed, and body-informed evidence-based approaches. The methods we use will be guided by what may be maintaining the difficulty, what feels workable to you, and the kind of change you are seeking.
You do not need to know exactly what needs to change before contacting me. A free 15–20-minute consultation gives us an opportunity to discuss what you are experiencing, what you are looking for, and whether my approach may be a good fit for your needs.
