Therapy for When Something Needs to Change

A winding path through layered blue, teal, cream, and gold hills.

You don't have to know exactly what's wrong—or what needs to change—to begin.

You may be caught in overthinking, struggling through a difficult transition, feeling emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected, or repeating patterns you understand but haven't been able to change.

I help adults identify what may be keeping them stuck, reconnect with what they feel and need, and create meaningful change.

You do not need the whole map—or complete certainty—to begin.

YOU MAY BE HERE BECAUSE…

  • You keep thinking about the same problem but don't feel any closer to resolving it.
  • You understand why you react the way you do—but understanding hasn't changed the pattern.
  • Something in your life, relationships, health, work, or sense of yourself is changing, and you're not quite sure what comes next.
  • You find yourself repeating patterns you thought you had already worked through.
  • You simply know that the way you've been coping isn't working as well as it once did.

Understanding a pattern is important. Therapy goes further—helping identify what keeps it in place and working toward changes in how you feel, respond, relate, and live.

What keeps a problem going can also point us toward change

Feeling stuck rarely comes from one thing. Thoughts, emotions, relationships, past experiences, current circumstances, coping strategies, and your nervous system can all influence what you're experiencing.

The BRIDGE Framework is the process I use to organize individualized therapy—helping us identify what you are experiencing, understand what may be keeping the difficulty in place, and determine what needs attention.   From there, I integrate therapeutic approaches according to what you are experiencing and what may help create meaningful change.

READY TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP?

You do not need to know exactly what needs to change before reaching out. A free 15–20-minute consultation gives us an opportunity to talk about what you're experiencing, what you'd like to be different, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
