INDIVIDUAL THERAPY FOR MEANINGFUL CHANGE

Perimenopause and menopause can affect mood, sleep, concentration, energy, relationships, confidence, and your sense of self. For some women, these changes occur alongside the already significant demands of midlife—caregiving, relationships, work, health concerns, changing family roles, or questions about identity and what comes next.
I am a BRIA Certified Perimenopause & Menopause Mental Health Provider. This specialized training informs my understanding of the relationship among hormonal change, emotional health, life context, identity, relationships, and existing mental health concerns.
Therapy can help you understand what you are experiencing, develop strategies for emotional and relational concerns, make informed decisions, advocate for your needs, and navigate the wider changes occurring during this phase of life.
Psychotherapy does not replace medical evaluation or treatment. With your permission, I can support communication and coordination with your medical providers when clinically appropriate.
