Therapy for understanding, steadiness, and meaningful change.
Some difficulties are maintained by worry, rumination, avoidance, perfectionism, or the search for certainty. Others may involve emotional disconnection, relationship patterns, trauma, shame, protective responses, or deeply held beliefs that make change feel unsafe.
The BRIDGE Framework is the process I use to organize our work. It helps us understand what you are experiencing, consider what may be keeping the difficulty in place, and determine which evidence-based approach or approaches may be most helpful. Depending on your needs, our work may draw from cognitive, behavioral, metacognitive, interpersonal, experiential, trauma-informed, and body-informed approaches.
BRIDGE does not prescribe a particular treatment technique or require therapy to follow a fixed sequence. Instead, it provides a flexible structure for making thoughtful, collaborative decisions about the focus, direction, and depth of therapy.

You do not need to understand the entire problem before beginning. A free 15–20-minute consultation gives us an opportunity to discuss what you are experiencing and whether my approach may fit your needs.
